Before you subscribe
Does one subscription cover every tracker?
Yes. Premium is attached to your Arenyze account, and the same account signs you in on R6 Arenyze, Brawlhalla and THE FINALS. Subscribe once and the benefits apply everywhere.
How do I get my profile customised?
Claim your in-game player from your game accounts, then upload an avatar and a cover from your profile page. The trackers pick them up right away.
When does my plan become active?
As soon as Stripe confirms the payment — usually a few seconds. If the page still shows the old plan, reload it once; the webhook may take a moment.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
You can cancel at any time and keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for. Moving from monthly to yearly is handled as an upgrade at checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Everything Stripe supports for your country — cards, and the wallets your browser offers such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your payment details.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchases are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Terms of Service. If something is not working as described, tell us and we will sort it out.
